Effective 31 August 2026.
These terms explain the rules for using Filecrux. Filecrux is operated by Crescera Systems LLC, 754 S Val Vista Dr #103, Gilbert, AZ 85296. You can reach us at support@filecrux.com.
What Filecrux does
Filecrux publishes research reports about public companies. The reports use public SEC filings and link to their sources. We try to keep filed facts separate from our own reading of those facts.
Filecrux is for research and education. It is not investment advice. We do not tell you to buy, sell, or hold a security. Check the source filings and make your own decisions. Ask a qualified adviser if you need advice about your own money.
Reports can be late, incomplete, or wrong. A public filing can also be wrong or change later. Filecrux may not publish a report for every company or filing.
What it costs
Filecrux is free. We are in beta and we do not sell anything today. There is no plan, no subscription, and no price.
We may charge for something later. If we do, we will tell you first, and we will not start charging you without asking you to agree.
Some readers paid for an older version of Filecrux that worked a different way. That service is closed and nobody is billed for it now. If you were one of those customers, your past invoices are still in Stripe and you can still reach them from your account. The Refund Terms still cover those old charges.
Your account
An account is free. New accounts are closed while we rebuild Filecrux. Accounts made before that still work.
Use a working email address. We sign you in by sending a link to your email, so there is no password. Keep your email and those links safe. Tell us at support@filecrux.com if you think someone else used your account.
Do not break the service, enter another person’s account, get around access limits, scrape the service in a harmful way, or use Filecrux to break the law.
Changes or suspension
Filecrux may change or stop a feature. We may limit or close an account that breaks these terms or harms the service. Rights that the law gives you still apply.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@filecrux.com or mailed to Crescera Systems LLC, 754 S Val Vista Dr #103, Gilbert, AZ 85296.
