What AI does
Filecrux collects public company filings from the SEC. Software and AI find the most important stories, rank them by how much they could matter to an investor, and write reports in plain words.
How to check a report
Factual claims link back to the public filing they came from. Open a numbered source beside a sentence to read the supporting passage and reach the original SEC filing.
What can go wrong
AI can miss context, misunderstand a filing, or write something wrong. A company filing can also be incomplete or corrected later. When a Filecrux report and its source disagree, trust the source.
How we keep score
Every report ends with a dated yes-or-no call about what happens next. A later public filing settles the call, and Filecrux publishes the result whether the call was right or wrong.
Not investment advice
Filecrux is for research and education. It does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold a security. Check the source filings and make your own decisions.
