Kevin Schwartz is on the board that runs the fund, and on the board of Suja Life. The amended filing says so in one sentence:

The fund says out loud that it may go the other way, and it is under no obligation to warn anybody first:

Neither filing gives a reason for the buying. Neither names a target stake. Neither mentions an offer for the rest of the company. The fund even says that filing at all is not an admission that it owns what the forms report. So the honest reading is this. A very large holder has been buying hard, and the documents do not say why or for how long.
